All property owners and managers on the site manage their bookings direct. We don't accept agencies advertising on the site. We don't want you or your guests paying agency commission! As an owner you pay a fee to be on the site, or sites, and apart from that all the income from bookings goes to you. No commission payable by you. No commission payable by your guests. 	All properties have to be able to sleep a minimum of 10 people on proper beds. This minimum of 10 must not include put-up or Z beds.

	The cost to come on the site depends upon how much exposure you want. We work with 3 packages, but you can also build your own marketing packages from the individual products. There is no commission to pay on top. All the revenue generated by the bookings goes directly to you. 	Once your text has been loaded on to the site, and you have paid, we check your text is to our house editorial style and standard and then put you live. Many sites don't bother to go through this checking process but we believe it is important to protect you from any errors that may have slipped through and to maintain high editorial standards.
