Going away as a large group is great fun but we understand the thought of organising a trip for large groups can be extremely daunting. With the correct planning and organisation things like accommodation, transport, catering and settling money between the group needn't cause too much stress.

We are here to help! This resource was built to answer your questions, give you tips and get you excited about the possibilities of going away as a group. Steps to Finding and Securing the Right Property

1. Search

Quickly find the property you want. Whether you are looking for a specific property type, location, property size or a property with access to a specific activity you can use our search filters to quickly find the right type of properties for you.

2. Enquire

Create a ‘Contact List’ of your Favourite Properties

Click ‘add to contact list’ on any property you are interested in. Once you’ve compiled a list of properties you can then review them all and send an enquiry to each property through a single form.

Contact the Owners ASAP

If you’re interested in a property, don’t deliberate. Make initial contact through our simple contact form to check availability and get any information you need. The owner will reply with an email which you can then easily forward on to your group members.

Make a follow up Phone Call

Having made initial contact with the owners to let them know your requirements, call them. This allows you to find out specific details about each property, talk about catering arrangements, payment methods and arrival times. All these things vary between properties so it’s best to pick up the phone and have a chat.

3. Share

Share Properties with Friends to help choose

Use GroupAccommodation’s ‘Share With Group’ button to share properties you like on Facebook, Twitter or through email to show your group the properties you’ve found and get their feedback to help decide on the best property for your group.

Create a Facebook Event

If you use Facebook, create an event. Invite all your friends, add information about your trip and add links and photos to all the properties you are interested in. You can then post any updates on property availability etc. to keep everyone informed.
