Unique cottage holidays at an imaginatively converted Cumbrian hill farm nestling in the unspoilt splendour of North Lakeland.

The nine cottages range in size from smaller ones sleeping 2 and 4 to larger ones for groups of families sleeping 8 and 12-14. All cottages are on the same site, large groups can choose between one large unit or several adjacent smaller ones.

Some cottages have spa/sauna suites or outside hot tubs, most have large open plan living areas with log fires, lots of oak beams, and panoramic views.

Facilities:

Free membership of the exclusive North Lakes Spa leisure club with swimming pool, fitness suite etc.
Farmhouse, vegetarian and large group celebration meals. Local beers and a selection of wines delivered to the cottages.

Games room and adventure play area. Cots, high chairs, stair gates, toys etc provided for children. All cottages have well equipped kitchens and are comfortably furnished.
