Large Group Rental Information:
Baskerville Hall Hotel was built in 1839 by Thomas Baskerville for his second wife Elizabeth as a party house. Still partying today we provide a unique venue for stag and hen groups, party people wishing to mark a special anniversary and we also have training and conference facilities. All set in 140-acres overlooking the Wye Valley and Black Mountains on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Hay on Wye is just over a mile away, famous for its book shops, which now total 37 at the last count. The River Wye is superb for canoeing and the mountains are ideal for walking and training. This whole area is a play ground for those wishing to experience the great outdoors with so many activities available either in the grounds or nearby.

We are licensed for wedding ceremonies, have function rooms, which can cater for receptions and evening receptions/parties with kitchens to provide snacks to five course meals. Oak panelled dining rooms, sweeping staircases and rooms with four-poster beds to rooms with fewer creature comforts in the form of dormitories for up to 60 people. A superb venue for all your groups needs and budget.

The list of available activities on site or in the area include Gorge walking, Canadian canoeing, 4x4 off road driving, clay pigeon shooting, go karting, hover craft, power turns, quad trekking, paint balling, mountain biking, climbing and abseiling, golf, pony trekking and raft building. A superb venue for training and corporate events.

We have a heated indoor swimming pool, free for all residents. Nightclub on Saturday nights, which is open to the public and attracts approximately 300 people.

All this is organised for you by staff at the Hall and in the case of activities is provide by outside activity providers. Camping is also available in the grounds.
