Large Group Rental Information:
We offer four beautiful self-catering cottages that are full of character and offer high quality accommodation in peaceful surroundings, set in the wonderful Shropshire countryside, near to Church Stretton and Much Wenlock. Turnip House and Corn House both sleep 8 individually or 16 combined. Both have exposed beams and wood burners and are of a high standard and can be booked together to accommodate 16-perfect for a family reunion. Furthermore, adjacent to Corn and Turnip house is Olde Cow House, a recently completed barn conversion, finished to an extremely high standard, sleeping up to 11 people. We also offer Spinney Retreat, which sleeps 4 and is lovely stable conversion with two ground floor bedrooms.

The barns are five star rated by Visit Britain and are located on the owners traditionally run farm in a tranquil setting with conservation area, natural pools and a private two-mile woodland walk. For those with their own horses, stabling is available along with cross country course and access to the Jack Mytton Way.

Ideally situated for sightseeing and walking amidst the beautiful Shropshire Hills, yet this tranquil setting is still central to all of Shropshire’s many attractions-Acton Scott Historic Working Farm, Severn Valley Steam Railway, Stokesay Castle and Ludlow Castle, Ironbridge Gorge with its 10 museums and many more-all less than 15 miles away.

The attractive market towns of Church Stretton (known as Little Switzerland by the Victorians) and Much Wenlock are both within 7 miles of the farm and offer a variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and walks.

In addition, there are two very good local pubs serving excellent food within 2 miles of the accommodation.
