Large Group Rental Information:
Norsehaven is a family run business with a commitment to quality self-catering accommodation. Our holiday cottages are fully equipped to provide the ideal haven in this beautiful far north-west corner of Sutherland. The village of Durness, and the surrounding area, is one of the most unspoilt areas in the Highlands of Scotland.

Our two self-catering cottages Craigmor (sleeps 8), Cranstackie (sleeps 4) are warm, cosy and welcoming. We let our holiday cottages all year round so they are equally ideal for that off-season break in this wonderful part of Scotland.

Craigmor is a four-bedroom cottage sleeping 8, offers spacious accommodation featuring a king sized master bedroom, separate shower and bathrooms, laundry room and large quarry tiled kitchen. With its ample car parking, Craigmor is the ideal base for the larger family or party and has become a favourite with groups of walkers and climbers.

Cranstackie has two bedrooms, comfortably sleeps four and offers a warm, traditional cottage atmosphere combined with all the space and features you will need. Cranstackie has become very popular with couples and families who favour the comfort and convenience of a village.

Lovely holiday cottages, beautiful Sutherland scenery, and traditional Scottish hospitality combine to create the ideal self-catering experience.

Sutherland is the least populated area in the UK and remains the jewel in Scotland's crown. Durness has everything, beautiful beaches, lochs and mountains. Above all, peace and tranquillity in this Scottish highland haven. And if you don't want to self-cater there are some lovely local restaurants.
