Large Group Rental Information:
Fall in love with one of the most beautiful locations in Scotland when you stay in one of our holiday houses on Ardverikie Estate. The two larger houses are ideal for groups with many returning to stay year after year.

Inverpattack Lodge is located in an elevated position with delightful views overlooking the River Pattack. Sleeping up to 12 the Lodge has seven bedrooms, two king one with en-suite, three twin and two single.

Gallovie Farmhouse is set in the heart of the Estate with large decked area offering stunning views down the Strath. Sleeping up to 13 the house has seven bedrooms, two king, four twin and one single. For those looking to accommodate more than 13 Rowan Brae can be booked along with Gallovie Farmhouse to increase the total number to 19. Rowan Brae is a three bedroom bungalow, sleeping six, located in an elevated position only two minutes walk from Gallovie Farmhouse.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at £20 per dog but must be house-trained and kept under control at all times. And if you have horses then why leave them at home? They are also more than welcome and we have a large grazing field available for their use.

Kitchen: Both houses have a large open plan kitchen with a gas range in Inverpattack Lodge and an Aga in Gallovie Farmhouse.
Dining Room:  Both houses have separate dining rooms.
Sitting Room: Inverpattack Lodge has one sitting room and a separate TV room. Gallovie Farmhouse has a large sitting room and separate TV/playroom.
TV and Music Facilities: Both houses have digital TV with limited Sky package.
Heating/Open Fires:  Both houses have oil-fired central heating and have open fires in the sitting room and dining room.
Bedrooms: Inverpattack Lodge sleeps 12: 7 bedrooms – 2 king, 3 twin and 2 single. Gallovie Farmhouse sleeps 13: 2 king, 4 twin and 1 single.
Linen: Linen and towels are provided.
Bathrooms: Inverpattack Lodge: 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom and 1 shower room. Gallovie Farmhouse: 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room.
Disabled Facilities:  None.
Children's Facilities:  Children welcome.
Outdoor Facilities:  Fishing, hiking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, skiing close by, pony trekking, abundant wildlife and bird watching, kayaking, mountain biking.
Swimming Pool:  No.
Parking:  Inverpattack Lodge: up to five cars. Gallovie Farmhouse: up to seven cars.
Telecom Facilities:  Both houses have free broadband internet and honesty telephone.
Smoking:  No.
Pets:  Welcome by prior arrangement. Charge made.

The estate, on the A86 is 5 miles from Laggan. 60 miles from Inverness, 122 miles from Edinburgh and 126 miles from Glasgow.
 
Nearest Town:  Laggan 5 miles, Newtonmore 11 miles.
Nearest Shop:  Laggan with local store delivering to the Estate. Shops also in Newtonmore, Kingussie and Fort William.
Nearest Pub/Eatery:  Laggan, Newtonmore, Kingussie with plenty of choice.
