Large Group Rental Information:
Merrymeet is a charming Party House to sleep up to 16 people in 7 bedrooms (2 double, 1 family (4 single beds), and 4 twin bedrooms. It is built of stone, converted from a traditional barn. After a high quality conversion, we welcome guests who are looking for a wonderful break in a large group. The property is centrally heated and all electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included within the price of your holiday.

The accommodation provides:
Living Room
The large living room is furnished with large squashy leather sofas for 20 guests, and a wood burning stove (free logs provided). There is plenty to entertain all ages; a TV with Freeview, CD and Radio, DVD player, and even a dressing up box and dolls house for the little ones. There are three full length glass doors onto the patio where the views over the ford (complete with stepping stones for walkers) can be enjoyed from the tables and chairs provided.

Dining Room
The lovely Dining Room has a large mahogany table to seat all 16 guests together. Stone floors enhance the charm.

Kitchen
The luxury kitchen has high gloss walnut doors, tiled floor and gorgeous black granite work surfaces. It has a large American style fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, two cookers and a 6 slot Dualit toaster. As you would expect from a Party House, it has cupboards full of glasses, crockery and cutlery to entertain for large numbers.

There is a large games room with table tennis.

Bedrooms
For those who prefer not to climb stairs to bed, Merrymeet has 4 ground floor bedrooms and three shower/bathrooms (including one wet room). Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All beds have quality handmade mattresses, and crisp white linens. The bedrooms all feature attractive oak, fruitwood or mahogany wardrobes and dressing tables.

Disabled Facilities:  4 ground floor bedrooms and 3 ground floor bath/shower rooms (including wet room). Ramps and plastic shower stool and deafguard alarms all available

Outdoor Facilities:  3-acres of fields, very large stone patio with table, chairs and BBQ with views up the little valley
