Large Group Rental Information:
Welcome to Toft Barn.

Situated on the western side of the beautiful Peak District and newly renovated, Toft Barn is ideally centrally positioned for visitors from all over the UK.

Toft Barn provides a wonderful location for families and groups to escape for a relaxing weekend break. It is perched on the western edge of Gun Hill with tremendous views and is set in an attractive courtyard with two other properties (all of which are detached and with very thick stone walls). In summary the accommodation comprises:-

Sleeps 12
Six bedrooms; 2 x double, 3 x twin, 1 single (which can have a second bed added if you are happy to do this in a smallish room!)
Five bath/shower rooms
Full central heating
Bed linen, big fluffy towels, central heating, electricity all included in price
TV, DVD, Hifi, games, books and CDs
Fantastic views and beautiful walks straight from the front door
Plenty of free parking
Way away from roads
Please note Toft Barn is a no smoking property.

Luxury Kitchen
Fully fitted, with Italian kitchen and granite work surfaces. Included are fitted oven and hob, fridge, together with washer dryer and dishwasher.

Dining Room
Door to Courtyard. Solid oak floor and dining table to seat 12.

Large Living room
Solid oak flooring, and luxury leather sofas. Complete with TV and DVD, Hifi, books, games and CDs
There are doors to the front and rear of the property. The rear door opens onto a one acre natural field to side and rear of property.

A twin bedroom with Oak flooring and door to courtyard. En-suite wet room, which is fully tiled with mosaic tiling and WC, washbasin and shower.

The first floor has two double en-suite bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms and a further bathroom.
