Large Group Rental Information:
Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty our three holiday cottages sleep two, four and up to six people. The accommodation is ideally located for exploring Shropshire, Herefordshire and the Mid-Wales borderlands. Medieval towns of Ludlow and Shrewsbury, the world famous Ironsbridge and the walking country of Offa's Dyke, Longmynd, Stiperstones and Wenlock Edge are but a short drive away. Other activities nearby include gliding, fishing and golf. For nature lovers a wealth of wild life can be found in this rich and fertile landscape.

Groom's Residence: Beamed lounge with cosy fireplace and dining area, small kitchen and downstairs shower room and a pretty double bedroom. A small romantic hideaway for two.

Coach House: Adjoining the Groom's Residence this property has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, lounge with patio door to patio and ground floor shower room.

Garden Cottage: A delightful property suitable for a small party or family. Adjoining Claremont House this property offers 2 double beds, 1 single and 1 single bed downstairs. Lounge with patio door to garden, dining kitchen and upstairs shower room. Lovely views over the Shropshire countryside.

The cottages offer comfortable & well equipped accommodation. A cot, high chair and baby sitting are available by the owners on request. Utility room with laundry facilities and secure indoor storage for cycles etc. Private off-road parking with local services, shops and public houses close by.

Services included in rent are all bed linen and towels, gas, electricity, hot water and central heating.

Well behaved dogs are accepted by prior arrangement only and will be subject to a surcharge.

Fully inclusive weekly prices range from £170 for the smallest property to £425 for the largest property. Short breaks all year subject to availability.

Bed and Breakfast for six is also available at Claremont House.

Catering: The cottages are very well equipped for self-catering. The town offers a good selection of eating places in easy walking distance of the properties.
Kitchen: The kitchens are fitted and well equipped with full cooker, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, crocks & pots and pans etc. No meters.
Dining Room:  All meals can be taken in the fully equipped dining kitchens.
Sitting Room: Comfortable sitting rooms with three piece suite, coffee tables and sideboard. Patio door to patio and outside sitting areas.
TV and Music Facilities: All the cottages have colour TV and DVD.
Heating/Open Fires:  Oil central heating throughout with electric fires in lounge. No open fires.
Bedrooms: Groom's Residence has one pretty bedroom. Coach House has 1 double and 1 twin. Garden Cottage has 1 triple, 1 double an 1 single downstairs.
Linen: All bed linen and towels are supplied including tea towels. Cot linen not supplied.
Bathrooms: No baths only showers. Groom's Residence and Coach House shower rooms are downstairs and the Garden Cottage shower room is upstairs.
Disabled Facilities:  We regret the properties do not have facilities for the disabled.
Children's Facilities:  Very large garden with large lawn area. Excellent area for children of all ages.
Outdoor Facilities:  Several patios and sitting areas and garden furniture. BBQ areas.
Swimming Pool:  We do not have a swimming pool but the town has a public swimming pool. You will need to check opening times.
Parking:  Ample off-road private parking plus safe indoor storage facilities for cycles and prams etc.
Telecom Facilities:  Payphone is situated in the utility room. Orange is the best mobile phone provider to work for this area.
Smoking:  No smoking in the cottages. However, you are welcome to smoke at all outside areas.
Pets:  Well behaved dogs are welcome and will be charged a surcharge. The animals must not be left alone in the cottages.
Games Room:  We regret we do not have indoor game facilities.
 
Large Group Property Location:
 
From Shrewsbury and the A5, take the A488 road (approx 20 miles). On reaching Bishops Castle turn right, up the hill and right into Bull Lane.
 
Nearest Town:  We are approximately 15 miles from Ludlow and 20 miles from Shrewsbury The famous Ironbridge World Heritage Site is about 1 hour away by car.
Nearest Shop:  All local services and public houses are close by including cash points, banks, post office. Local shops stock most things you are likely to need.
Nearest Pub/Eatery:  We are in very easy reach of all six pubs and local restaurants including Chinese, Indian and fish and chips.
Nearest Airport:  Birmingham
Nearest Train Station:  Shrewsbury
Nearest Bus:  None close

Group Rental Prices:  Our current prices range from £170 to £250 for the Groom's Residence, £250 to £325 for the Coach House and £275 to £450 for the Garden Cottage.
