Large Group Rental Information:
CMC Pensarn Harbour & Bryn-y-Moel offer accommodation for groups of up to 100. We have 54 beds at out Pensarn Harbour site and 46 beds at our Bryn-y-Moel site. We are happy to welcome large or small groups to our centres.

We are able to offer fully catered courses on an activity basis or if you would prefer we can offer accommodation only facilities.

Pensarn Harbour is situated on the banks of the river Artro estuary giving access to sailing, sea kayaking, inland kayaking, canoeing and raft building on site.

The Bryn-y-Moel site offers orienteering, archery, a climbing crag and initiative and team building challenges. Mountaineering, gorge walking and rock climbing activities are a short mini bus ride away.

CMC Pensarn Harbour is an Adventurous Activity Licensing Authority approved centre (Registration number L5103/R0191). We are also a Mountain Leader Training England approved training centre, a Royal Yacht Association recognised training centre and a Welsh Canoe Association approved training centre. CMC Pensarn Harbour is also a member of the Institute for Outdoor Learning, we pride ourselves on the highest standards of outdoor education and training.

Group Accommodation Details:                                             
 
Catering: We offered fully catered courses, however at certain times of the year we may have self catering availability - please contact us for details.
Kitchen: We provide all your catering
Dining Room:  Both sites have dedicated dining rooms and we ask groups to assist in laying up for meals unless you arrange otherwise.
Sitting Room: Pensarn Harbour has two lounges and a games room. Bryn-y-Moel has one lounge and one games room.
TV and Music Facilities: TV's are available for group use at the leaders request.
Heating/Open Fires:  All accommodation is fully centrally heated.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms sleep between 2 and 6 people and they are all en-suite.
Linen: We provide bed linen, however we would ask you to provide your own towels.
Bathrooms: In addition to the en-suite bedrooms there are a number of communal toilets available.
Disabled Facilities:  We have four wheelchair accessible en-suite bedrooms at Pensarn Harbour and one at Bryn-y-Moel. We have a floating pontoon to ease access to our boats
Children's Facilities:  Centre and activities cater for children
Outdoor Facilities:  BBQ, seating, woodland walks, a round house and the beach is only a few minutes away!
Swimming Pool:  No
Parking:  Parking is available at both sites.
Telecom Facilities:  Limited Wifi access is available for group leaders. Payphones are available to all group members on both sites.
Smoking:  Smoking is not permitted in any of the building and there are designated outside smoking areas
Pets:  Guide dogs are welcome
Games Room:  Games rooms are available on both sites
