Large Group Rental Information:
Cromwell House Hotel and its two cottages provide unique accommodation for the large group. The hotel has 17 rooms all ensuite many with sea views, doubles, twins, disabled, family, singles; dining room, sitting room and bar.

Rose Cottage and Cottage Annexe are situated just a few steps from the main hotel. Rose Cottage, a traditional thatched cottage of genuine antiquity has five bedrooms sleeping 10 with Sitting Room, Dining Room, Conservatory and Kitchen; tastefully furnished in traditional style with a great atmosphere and cosy comfort. Characterful garden linked to hotel garden by small gate, shares hotel swimming pool.

The modern Cottage Annexe in hotel garden with self-catering flat; two bedrooms (double and twin); two bathrooms and large living space with modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating. Separate disabled room below with lift to garden.

Catered or self-catering options allow family groups flexibility to suit varied ages and special requirements. The hotel provides extra rooms and the opportunity for group dining, buffets and BBQs if required. Put children to bed and enjoy long evenings over dinner with no worries. Baby sitting by arrangement.

In summer the large spacious gardens and swimming pool are great attractions. Cream Teas and Bar available all day. 200yds from beach at Lulworth Cove or spectacular cliff walks to Durdle Door and Jurassic Coast. Art and Photographic Courses held at the Hotel all year and ideal venue for group celebrations & reunions. Those we have catered for are walkers, butterfly and bird watchers, artists, photographers, geologists, students, divers, cyclists, car enthusiasts, Thomas Hardy experts, wedding parties (Lulworth Castle Wedding Venue nearby)and those just wanting to explore Dorset.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms comfortably furnished in traditional style with sheets and duvets. Extra blankets supplied. Hotel & Rose Cottage have TVs,tea/coffee etc
Linen: All beds made and rooms fully serviced before arrivals. Towels provided. Long stay bookings (week or more) sheet changes provided after four days
Bathrooms: Hotel rooms fully ensuite. Rose Cottage, two rooms with ensuite showers; large family bathroom. Cottage Annexe, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets
Disabled Facilities:  Our disabled room is in our Cottage Annexe with a fully equipped wet room. A small lift connects this delightful room with the main hotel and garden.
Children's Facilities:  Children welcome. 5 family rooms; flat and cottage, high chairs, Children's menu, early supper and baby listeners. Baby sitting by arrangement
Outdoor Facilities:  The hotel and cottages are set in spacious gardens with the its heated swimming pool(May-Oct) Lulworth Cove an easy walk with safe bathing and beach.
Swimming Pool:  Families love our swimming pool set in the garden high above the hotel with spectacular views. It is heated from 1st May - 1st October.
Parking:  The Hotel car park provides parking for up to 17 cars parked carefully. Rose Cottage has three parking bays. Extra space in public car park opposite
Telecom Facilities:  Direct dial telephone and free WiFi in all rooms of hotel and Annexe. Mobile Reception limited to Orange and BT.
Smoking:  Not allowed by law in any of the three properties.
Pets:  Pets welcome. A small charge is made for pets to sleep in the hotel. No other facilities provided. Excellent dog walking country with no restrictions.

Nearest Pub/Eatery:  The Cromwell House Hotel has an excellent Restaurant and offers special rates to cottage guests. West Lulworth has two pubs and several Restaurants.
Nearest Airport:  Bournemouth, Southampton, Bristol.
Nearest Train Station:  Wool Station, mainline from Waterloo to Weymouth. Hourly service takes 2 and a half hours. Taxis available at Wool Station 5 mile journey to Lulworth
Nearest Bus:  Twice daily to Dorchester from village centre. Jurassic Coast Bus from Poole to Wool then taxi.
