Large Group Rental Information:
Deane Lodge is a comfortable and characterful holiday property spread across the first and second floors of a handsome, softly Gothic red-brick house in the historic cathedral city of Winchester.

Entering through your own front door, you'll find quirky rooms that have been beautifully designed with gorgeous vintage furniture, soft textiles and plenty of colour, creating a relaxing and homely atmosphere that's perfect for family get-togethers, college reunions or bridal parties.

While the house is reminiscent of the home of Enid Blyton's Famous Five and evokes a bygone era, it also benefits from all the luxuries of the 21st Century, including wireless broadband throughout and a 55-inch high definition TV with surround sound.

There's plenty of space for group socialising, with a roomy and comfortable lounge and a dining table that seats 10.

Everything you'd expect to find in your own home is waiting for you at Deane Lodge, from soft bathroom towels to kitchen equipment such as a microwave and dishwasher - creating a cosy home-from-home experience for all our guests.

The house is full of books, toys, films and games to entertain children and adults alike, and there's a pleasant garden at the front of the property where you can relax together outside.

The property also offers some fantastic views; some rooms offer a birds-eye view of St Cross, and others overlook St Catherine’s Hill.

The city's top shops and tourist attractions are within easy walking distance, so you could easily stay here without a car, including Winchester Cathedral, the old City Centre, Winchester Great Hall and King Arthur's Round Table, Winchester College, the Water Meadows, and St Catherine's Hill.

TV and Music Facilities: The lounge has a 55 inch high-definition TV & surround sound, films, books, games, & Sony Playstation PS3 for online gaming.

Bedrooms: Three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with proper sized beds.
Linen: Quality bed linen and soft towels provided.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms: the main family bathroom has two sinks and a bath with shower over; the other is a shower room. Additional separate toilet.

Children's Facilities:  This is a very child-friendly house with plenty of toys, games and books indoors, with space to play outside.
Outdoor Facilities:  Pleasant garden to the front of the property.
Swimming Pool:  No
Parking:  Parking for three cars on site. Extra parking permits can be secured if required.
Telecom Facilities:  Wireless broadband available throughout the property, with usage included in the rental fee. No landline. Great mobile coverage.
Smoking:  No - outside only.
