Large Group Rental Information:
Viney Hill Country Guest House is situated on the eastern fringes of the beautiful Forest of Dean. Originally a working farm it has been tastefully renovated to a very high standard.

With 8 en-suite bedrooms, a games room and exclusive use of a covered heated pool for all year round enjoyment, this property is perfect for reunions, family gatherings and holidays.

The accommodation itself is large, attractive, well-equipped and spacious with oak floors in the games room, living room and dinning room. The kitchen/diner is designed to seat 16 people comfortably for a celebratory meal, with a smaller kitchen table in the kitchen area. Built for ease and pleasure it has a double oven range with a large gas hob, a microwave and dishwasher. Just down the corridor is a large games room with pool table and table football, board games and TV. Opposite this you will find the library, perfect for relaxing with a coffee and the paper or a good book. Just off the kitchen you will find a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a WC can be found in the hall. Just off the hall is the very large living room with a wonderful wood burning stove, very large flat screen TV. This has French doors which lead out onto the patio and into the covered pool. The pool is 10m x 5m pool with a constant depth of 4ft. It is covered for bad weather but part of it can be slid back for sunnier days.

A staircase leads to the first and second floor where you will find 7 en-suite bedrooms and an extra bedroom for 1 with its own bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms have both double and single beds.

The large garden offers complete privacy, with breath taking views for miles across the valley. A large patio area with BBQ, and garden furniture means relaxing and enjoying yourself is hard to avoid. The property also has some wonderful play equipment to keep the children amused for hours. You will not need to leave Viney Hill unless to indulge in some local ale and food.

Bedrooms: Eight en-suite bedrooms including 2 family rooms (double + single bed), 1 double,1 single, 1 twin and 3 optional King size double or twin beds. (15+2)
Linen: Bedding, bathroom towels and robes supplied. Cot bedding, Swimming pool towels and footwear - Not supplied!
Bathrooms: Eight en-suites, (1 single, with toilet and hand basin only) and an extra bathroom with mixture of baths and showers
Disabled Facilities:  All Bedroom accommodation is on the 1st and 2nd floors. There are no ground floor bedrooms.
Children's Facilities:  Children most welcome
Outdoor Facilities:  The large garden, including patio area with BBQ offers complete privacy, with breath taking views for miles across the valley.
Swimming Pool:  Yes! But please bring bathing towels and appropriate footwear to use between house and pool.
Parking:  Off road parking for 5/6 vehicles.
Telecom Facilities:  Payphone and wireless network.
Smoking:  Strictly no smoking
Pets:  No pets
Games Room:  Games Room with pool table and table football in the rear utility room.
