Large Group Rental Information:
A beautiful character property with many fine features including exposed beamed ceilings and stone walls. Located close to the south-west Wales coastline, Dan-y-Cwarre is perfect for family holidays and celebrations. We have a dining room with seating for 20 to enable you all to come together for meals; spacious rooms and lots of different areas, so you're not couped up on-top of each other. Set in 18 acres, our outdoor space ensures that you and the children can enjoy lazy days and summer evenings.

With spectacular sunsets and lots of privacy, this house will provide you and your nearest and dearest with a wonderful holiday location.

The house has two living rooms; one for the children with a TV and DVD, games and books, and one for the adults with satellite TV, DVD and wood burner. The large kitchen provides you with everything you need including a dishwasher, but if you prefer to let someone else cook we can provide pub grub type evening meals and we can do you full cooked breakfasts if you like.

Upstairs there are five bedrooms, spacious and light they offer flexibility for sleeping arrangements for families. There are three doubles each with two additional singles and wash hand basins, one twin with additional single bed and a bunk room sleeping two. The downstairs twin room also has an additional single bed and an en-suite shower and toilet making it ideal for less mobile people. A travel cot is provided.

Dan-y-Cwarre is perfectly located close to the fine sandy beaches of Pembrey Country Park, the Gower Peninsular is 40 minutes away and Pembrokeshire is an hours drive away with little fishing villages, more sandy beaches and Oakwood (Wales' Alton Towers).

The new Welsh race course Ffos Las is close by as are Pembrey Motorsports Centre, fine golf courses, fishing and horse riding.

Dining Room:  Panelled dining room seating up to 20, high chair also provided.
Sitting Room: Two living rooms: One with wood burner, satellite TV and DVD, comfortable seating and spectacular views. One with games, TV and DVD's.
TV and Music Facilities: Satellite TV, freeview channels and 2 DVD players, CD.
Heating/Open Fires:  Wood burner (initial fuel included) and oil central heating
Bedrooms: Six bedrooms: Three doubles each with two additional singles, two twins each with additional singles and one bunk room (sleeping 2)
Linen: All bed linen and towels included, although please bring cot bedding and beach towels if needed.
Bathrooms: En-suite shower room with toilet, bathroom with over bath shower and toilet and bathroom with separate shower and toilet.
Disabled Facilities:  No specific facilities but there is a downstairs en-suite bedroom available for people with less mobility
Children's Facilities:  Excellent children's facilities with games, children's books, outdoor trampoline, (at own risk), travel cot and high chair.
Outdoor Facilities:  Private enclosed garden with tables and seating, BBQ and trampoline, woodland and fields, country walks and good cycling routes very close.
Swimming Pool:  No although Llanelli has a good pool (20 minutes away)
Parking:  Ample off road car parking space.
Telecom Facilities:  No but mobile range is good
Smoking:  No
Pets:  Yes - maximum two dogs.
Games Room:  The second living room is ideal as a children's room with games, TV, DVD player and childrens books

Nearest Pub/Eatery:  One and a half miles away, village offers two pubs providing excellent meals.
