Large Group Rental Information:
Anne Rossiter welcomes you to Burton Farmhouse, a charming and relaxing place to stay in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the South Hams.

Located just 5 miles from Kingsbridge and 3 miles from the famous sailing haunt of Salcombe. Over the past 25 years the Farmhouse has been lovingly restored from its dilapidated and broken down state. Our pretty en-suite rooms offering a choice of double, twin or family rooms, make a perfect base for exploring the beautiful coastal scenery and country walks. There are also self catering cottages sleeping 2 to 17 persons only a few minutes walk from the farmhouse in the village of Galmpton. Self catering guests are welcome to use all the facilities and the Garden Room Restaurant at the farmhouse. There is also a well stocked licensed bar serving locally produced ciders, wines, beer and soft drinks.

The Farmhouse offers light lunches, delicious cream teas, evening meals and Sunday Lunches’ all homemade using home grown and fresh local produce, cooked to traditional farmhouse recipes, and served in beautiful country surroundings. Families are welcome and children love the large play area and trampoline.

The Garden Marquee offers a perfect facility for larger gatherings or parties, seating up to 120 guests.
The farmhouse has a relaxing, friendly and welcoming feel, making it the perfect venue for family occasions, weddings, civil ceremonies, birthday celebrations and parties of all kinds. The informal and intimate atmosphere make every occasion special.

Sitting Room: The Farmhouse has a lounge bar. Each of our self-catering cottages has its own sitting room.
TV and Music Facilities: All rooms have a TV. Cottages have TVs and DVD players.
Heating/Open Fires:  Full central heating with the added bonus of real log fires.
Bedrooms: The farmhouse has all en-suite B&B bedrooms whilst our self catering cottages are available with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms.
Linen: Full bed linen and towels provided.
Bathrooms: All B&B rooms have en-suite bathrooms while the cottages have one bathroom per cottage.
Disabled Facilities:  Wheelchair access to 3 downstairs rooms. Easy access toilet and one room with en-suite easy access bathroom.
Children's Facilities:  Games room and outdoor play area.
