Large Group Rental Information:
In a panoramic position on a hillside, affording breath-taking views of the Tuscan scenery, Villa Adelina is set in olive groves in one of the most delightful and unspoilt parts of Tuscany.

Villa Adelina is an excellent choice for a memorable holiday or to celebrate a special occasion. Walk in the surrounding Pisan Hills or relax with a drink by our large swimming pool whilst lapping up the Tuscan sun. Villa Adelina will provide luxury accommodation for a party of twelve in style. It is the perfect place to entertain on a grand scale and is equipped to enable you to do so.

High ceilings are a feature of the villa which is furnished with many traditional Tuscan pieces. The floors are marble or ceramic and the villa stays cool even in the hottest weather.

Villa Adelina has six bedrooms – three double (two with en-suite bathrooms) and three twin (one with en-suite bathroom.) Altogether there are five bathrooms all equipped to a very high standard with shower, wc, bidet and washbasin. Two have baths as well. Several of the bedrooms have traditional Tuscan wardrobes and beds – though the latter have modern frames and mattresses. One bedroom has its own balcony. There is a basement utility room with washing machine and hot air tumble dryer.

Villa Adelina is within a few minutes walk of the delightful hill town of Chianni with shops, bars, pizzeria and excellent restaurants nearby. Casciana Terme – a spa town – where you can experience a range of treatments is a few miles away. Volterra and San Gimignano are a short drive away. Florence, Lucca and Siena can be reached in 1-2 hours.

Catering: Self catering although catering can be arranged for you should you wish it
Kitchen: Combining rustic Tuscan with hi-tech modern the kitchen appliances include oven, microwave, dishwasher and a gas hob designed by Renzo Piano
Dining Room:  The dining room is furnished in the original Liberty style with a large dining table and chairs capable of seating up to 12.
Sitting Room: The sitting room is provided with large comfortable sofas, a TV, DVD player (with selection of DVDs) and radio.
TV and Music Facilities: TV, DVD player, and Radio/CD player are provided.
Heating/Open Fires:  The villa is equipped with a newly installed efficient central heating system for use in winter months.
Bedrooms: Six in total. Three double bedrooms - two with ensuite bathroom. Three twin bedrooms - one with ensuite bathroom.
Linen: All bed linen and towels are provided
Bathrooms: Five bathrooms (three of these are ensuite). All bathrooms are a very high standard with a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. Two have baths as well
Disabled Facilities:  Not suitable
Children's Facilities:  High chair, push chair and Z-bed are provided.
Outdoor Facilities:  The garden is completely private and the gates to the villa provide complete security. There is a large raised terrace as well as a patio
Swimming Pool:  A new 12 metre by 6 metre swimming pool is open from May to October. Lights, both underwater and around the pool, allow it to be used at night.

Nearest Town:  The beautiful spa town of Casciana Terme where a whole range of spa treatments are available at reasonable prices is 7 km from Chianni.
Nearest Shop:  Chianni has a range of shops including a butcher, baker, small supermarket, hardware shop, tabbacchi, etc.
Nearest Pub/Eatery:  Chianni has two bars, two high quality restaurants and a pizzeria. There is a further restaurant 2km away and many further restaurants in Casciana Te
Nearest Airport:  Pisa (40 minutes drive)
Nearest Train Station:  Pontedera
Nearest Bus:  Chianni has bus services to Casciana Terme, Ponsacco and Pontedera
