Large Group Rental Information:
Large house/chambre d`hote in small village of Le Luot. Six bedrooms including 2 large family rooms that sleeps six. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Attic has space available for six more beds if required.

Large lounge with central heating and wood burners. Lounge has a bar, comfortable seating, a pool table, air hockey and table football.

Large garden with petanque piste and swimming pool.

Situated in peaceful Normandy countryside just a few miles from town of Avranches. Village is quiet and provides a safe environment for children. There is a bar across the road and several restaurants within a few minutes drive. Shopping and eating out in Avranches is highly recommended as are the local markets at Villedieu and St Hilaire.

The house is just a few miles from some glorious sandy beaches at Jullouville/Carolles and within 40 minutes of the Mont St Michel. The seaside towns of Granville and Saint Malo provide boat connections to the Channel Islands (only a short crossing).

The Normandy beaches are 90 minutes drive to the north with detailed information available on the best places to visit. The large USA cemetery at St James is 30 minutes to the south. Bayeux with its tapestry and war history is 40 minutes to the north.

The house is a short distance from the busy towns at Rennes and St Malo. Many visitors chose to come by plane via Dinard Airport. We are just 60 minutes from both channel ports, Caen and Cherbourg. We are usually able to provide a minibus service if necessary.

This is also horse country - there are plenty of riding opportunities and the host's father is a local trainer of racehorses. Five local racecourses where trotting is the local favourite.
There is a popular karting track 10 minutes from the house and a bowling alley and ice rink within 30 minutes drive.

The house provides an excellent base for conferences with plenty of opportunities close by for dining and visiting places of particular interest.
