Large Group Rental Information:
This tastefully converted Gold Award 4* barn, provides luxury accommodation for groups of families or friends in one large unit. Just minutes from the Eden Project and the A30, Tor View is an ideal base for touring the county. Set in the heart of the countryside, you can enjoy a get away from it all break with plenty of walks and cycling and yet the coast is only 15 minutes away.

With six en-suite ground floor bedrooms that can be fitted with single, double or dormitory style beds, we can create your perfect arrangement. There is easy ground floor access for the disabled or for those that find climbing stairs a bit harder and a chairlift to the upper floor lounge. Upstairs there is also a dining room and an excellent, fully equipped, wood and granite kitchen. The lounge has four settees and floor cushions for comfort and there are numerous games to keep the young, and young at heart occupied.

Each room has an en suite shower (one with a disabled friendly wet room) and there is an additional bathroom suitable for disabled use. All bed linen is provided, please bring your own towels. Comfort is assured all year with full central heating and individually operated thermostats in each room.

For those that need to stay in touch there is a PC with free Internet connection, which has projection Television, DVD and video. There are Internet boxes for laptops as well.

As well as being the ideal holiday venue we have designed and fitted Tor View to provide excellent conference and study facilities. The perfect venue for your study group, seminar, working break or team workshop.

Also at Tor View is a newly renovated 4* two bed roomed cottage. It will accommodate up to 4 people with one double bedded room and the second bedroom has twin beds available. From the upstairs living room patio doors open out onto the veranda. The cottage has its own parking area and garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, fridge/freezer.

Catering: There's a full catering service available or your are welcome to self cater. The large supermarkets will deliver and there are some lovely local shops
Kitchen: Our well-equipped kitchen has: fridge, microwave oven, large oven, dishwasher, deep fat fryer, crockery, cutlery, glassware and tea towels. BBQ area.
Dining Room:  There are separate dining and living rooms. The dinning room can seat up to 30 on five, 5ft tables which can be put together for smaller groups.
Sitting Room: In the lounge we have comfortable settees, projection facilities, TV, DVD, video and videos, free Wifi throughout the building. Table top games.
TV and Music Facilities: We have full TV facilities, DVD and video player. For when the group gets together there is a cinema style TV system using the PC and projector
Heating/Open Fires:  Full oil central heating (with individually operated thermostats in each room). The cottage has an electric "real fire" effect stove and radiators.
Bedrooms: We put in doubles and bunks/singles as required. Each en-suite room enables a family to have their own space, having its own TV, video player and tea.
Linen: Linen is provided but guests need to bring their own towels. Towels can be provided for a small fee.
Bathrooms: Each bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is an additional bathroom suitable for disabled use. We have one disabled friendly ensuite bedroom
Disabled Facilities:  All bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has a disabled friendly wet room and there is a disabled bathroom. Easy ground floor access. Chair lift.
Children's Facilities:  We can supply a cot and a high chair on request. Table top games are provided in the lounge, together with free Internet access and projection TV.
Outdoor Facilities:  There is a play area with trampoline, swings, slide and football field. There is also a BBQ area with picnic furniture and our farmland to roam
Swimming Pool:  No
Parking:  Private, off-road parking as well as disabled parking. Undercover parking for motorcycles and bicycles.
Telecom Facilities:  There is good mobile reception. We offer free Wifi and Internet access, with our own computer/projection system.
Smoking:  No smoking.
Pets:  We charge £4.00 per night for one small dog! Guide Dogs are welcome free of charge.
Games Room:  The living room has table top games and a play barn opposite has table tennis, a trampoline, basket ball hoop, badminton, darts and skittles.
