Large Group Rental Information:
The Old Winery. Sleeps 20 in 10 bedrooms/8 bath/shower-rooms
The Thatched Barn. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms all en-suite
The Flint Barn. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms all en-suite

Our beautiful converted barns with exposed beams and brickwork can accommodate from 10 to 32 guests in 16 bedrooms, 12 of which are en-suite. Two further bathrooms serve the remaining 4 bedrooms.

They are furnished to a very high standard throughout and have stunning rural views. Linen and bath towels are provided and beds are made up prior to your arrival.

The spacious dining room in The Old Winery can seat up to 32 people. Large fridges, range cookers with electric ovens and gas hobs and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and large pans make this a fantastic venue for celebration groups near Sidmouth.

National Winner at the Enjoy Excellence Awards in 2008 and rated Gold by the Green Tourism Business Scheme showing that it is possible to combine five star luxury with environmental sustainability.

The private enclosed gardens have wonderful views, ample hardwood garden furniture and Outback Gas BBQs(gas provided). There is an outdoor heated pool in summer.

Fabulous rural views down an unspoilt valley right in the heart of East Devon’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are just 4 miles from the Jurassic coast at Beer and only 20 minutes from Lyme Regis and fossilising at Charnmouth. The famous antique centre of Honiton is 5 miles away and Exeter, with its historic old centre and new shopping area is 40 minutes.

All three properties are set around a courtyard in an idyllic setting. Underfloor heating make the slate floors wonderfully warm in the winter and cool in the summer and we provide logs from our own 52 acres for the wood burning stoves.

The comfortable bedrooms are carpeted and either have 6ft double beds or 3ft twins.

Catering and Pampering can also be arranged to create a really special occasion.

Bedrooms: Spacious bedrooms mostly en-suite, doubles all 6ft wide (except 4-poster which is 5ft) and all single beds are 3ft wide.

Bathrooms: Thermostatic showers in all the en-suites and roll top baths in the two additional bathrooms.

Although very secluded we are within minutes of the sea, the Jurassic Coast, supermarkets and local food suppliers. Good local pubs and restaurants.
 
Nearest Town:  Honiton, 4 miles, Sidmouth 6 miles, Exeter 20 miles, Taunton 24 miles, Bristol 70 miles.
Nearest Shop:  Waitrose and Tesco within 6 miles, both deliver. Numerous local farm shops, good butchers & fish available off the beach at Beer plus veg box delivery
Nearest Pub/Eatery:  Two best gastro pubs in South West are in Honiton, 4 miles away. Huge choice locally including Hugh F-W's River Cottage and Hix's Fish & Oyster.
Nearest Airport:  Exeter Airport is 20 minutes away, Bristol is 90 minutes away.
Nearest Train Station:  Honiton, 4 miles on South West Trains from Waterloo. Taunton is 24 miles away for First Great Western from Paddington.
