Ashbourne Hall is a perfect base for a corporate meetings, brain-storming sessions or team building events. Most of the bedrooms are ensuite and most can be singles if required, allowing 20 in separate beds.
Just 20 mins by taxi from Derby train station (main line from St Pancras in 1 hour 30 mins). Central location in the UK and situated within walking distance of the numerous restaurants and bars in the tourist town of Ashbourne.
This huge house offers several breakout areas, large conservatory for meetings, separate kitchen suitable for caterers/self catering. The lounge provides huge sofas and wall mounted TV and excellent WiFi, games room and hot tub.
For the evenings, relax in the hot tub or hire in a croupiers for a casino night. We also provide a starlight bar area with karaoke for the more brave delegates who wish to sing the night away.
Sitting a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the pretty market town of Ashbourne contributes to the flexibility of this venue, as there are many restaurants and bars to enjoy, should you not wish to cater yourselves. We also offer a catering package.
The 10 bedrooms are spacious with most having the option to be super-king or twin single beds, giving sleeping accommodation for up to 20 delegates on a one-per-bed basis. All are furnished to a high standard with 8 contemporary bathrooms, most of which are en-suite.
Ashbourne Park opposite offers a large area for outdoor activities if you wish to incorporate some team building exercises.
We provide bedlinen, towels, toilet rolls and cleaning materials but suggest you bring pool towels for the hot tub.
Should you wish for a welcome toiletry package for each of your guests or beverages on arrival, this can be arranged. We can also help you with local caterers and suppliers to make your stay more enjoyable. We can supply a white board and projector/screen if required.

Dog Friendly

Well looked after dogs are allowed, although not on the furniture, at £30 each. Ashbourne Hall is opposite Ashbourne Park with lots of grassed fields.

The ground floor of Ashbourne Hall is assisted wheel chair accessible. There is a double room with access to a disability friendly wet room.

There is wireless fibre optic broadband to the property.

Kitchen

The stylish kitchen is large and stylishly equipped with granite worktops, free standing fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and cocktail bar.

Dining Room

Dining conservatory has contemporary tables and seating for 24 people. This light airy room leads onto the walled courtyard with hot tub.

Sitting Room

The imposing lounge has high ceilings and long shuttered windows with views to the front. There is a wall mounted TV and lots of long comfy sofas.

TV and Music Facilities

Wall mounted TV in the lounge with Sky, speaker, and free WiFi.

Games Room

Games area to the side of the kitchen with an air hockey table.

Heating and Open Fires

Central heating throughout the property usable all year. The hot tub is permanently heated.

Bedrooms

Ten bedrooms, most can be either super king size beds or twin singles. 2 of the bedrooms have an additional single beds. 8 bathrooms mainly en-suite.

Linen

All bed linen supplied and bathroom towels. We suggest you bring swimming towels/robes for the hot tub.

Bathrooms

8 modern wet rooms/bathrooms all fully tiled with contemporary fittings and mostly en suite. One wetroom is designed for wheelchair access.

Children's Facilities

Opposite Ashbourne Hall there is Ashbourne Park with tennis courts, fields and pitches.

Outdoor

To the rear of Ashbourne Hall there is a walled courtyard with hot tub. This is completely private with modern outdoor sofas, chairs and loungers.

Swimming Pool

There is no swimming pool at Ashbourne Hall but a large public baths within a few minutes walk. Alton Towers also offers a super indoor Waterpark.

Parking

There is parking for up to 8 cars at the front of the property with further parking at the rear for an additional 2 cars.

Smoking

No smoking throughout the property. Cigarette bins are provided in the outside areas.

Booking Information

Flexible mid-week stays with two night minimum hire – from 6 to 22 guests.
£400 required to confirm the booking. There is also a £200 refundable breakage charge.

2 or 3 night weekend stays from Friday 4pm to Sunday 2pm/Monday 10am.
Dogs charged at £30 each and must be booked in advance.
