The Beach House in Exmouth is a wonderful property built in 1896 at the beginning of the "Arts and Crafts" architectural period, and has been newly refurbished throughout.

This holiday house is a stone's throw from Exmouth's 2 miles of wonderful sandy beach and is a great place for groups of friends or families wanting to get together for a special celebration.

The Beach House sleeps up to 20 people in 10 double bedrooms, 8 of which are en suite. It has a modern large kitchen and 3 large reception rooms - lounge, dining room seating 20 and a games/TV room.

Outside there are lovely grounds laid out overlooking the sea with a seasonally heated swimming pool and a hot tub with sea views.

Paddleboards and other watersports facilities are readily available nearby - one of the house owners is 5 times ladies world kitesurfing champion and runs nearby Edgewatersports. The Beach House is right on the South West Coast Path for fabulous walks and at the start of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The other house owner runs nearby Pebblebed Vineyards and vineyard tours and wine tastings can be arranged.

TV and Music Facilities

A large dedicated TV/2nd living space with incredible sea views and access to the private garden.

Log burner in the lounge and central heating.

6 dedicated king bedrooms and 4 bedrooms twins or kings. 8 en suite. Family room/extra bed options, cots x3.

Linen

Linen provided to include summer/winter duvets with under mattress/underpillow protectors washed on change over.

Bathrooms

8 en suite bathrooms with 2 separate toilets. All finished to a high spec, some with underfloor heating. Towels included.

Children's Facilities

Cot and high chair available. Please bring own bedding for the cot. Games, outdoor table tennis.

Swimming Pool

Outdoor pool, seasonally heated from early May - end of Sept. Ideal for children to play have fun and adults to do some lengths before breakfast.

The Beach House is set in large grounds with plenty of parking at front of the house.

The Beach House is set amongst private gardens & swimming pool overlooking the South Devon Coast. A few minutes walk to the 2 miles of golden sandy Beach, you will find yourself watching endless sunrises & sunsets while dipping in the sea. Dogs can run free on the beach in the winter & the start of the Jurrasic Coast is from Exmouth towards Lyme Regis for some cracking days out. Overlooking the sea on the south Devon coast. Just up from the Lifeboat Station on Exmouth Beach – 100m up Foxholes Hill.

1km - the town of Exmouth is a 15 minute walk away.
1km - plentiful pubs along the sea front.
15km to Exeter, 100km to Bristol.
3km to Exmouth station. London is only 3 hours away by rail and car.
1km to the bus station in Exmouth.
