## About The Property

A traditional Manor House situated on the cliff top. The Manor sleeps up to 30 people, no single sex groups, and is the ideal venue for holidays. It is just a minutes’ walk down to Middle Chine, which leads on to sandy beach and private beach hut, where you’ll have views over the Isle of Wight and Studland.

Alternatively, it is 15 minutes’ stroll along the promenade to Bournemouth pier and town centre attractions and facilities.

There is a large secluded private garden surrounding the Manor House. The large garden has a barbecue, garden table and seating. Private parking for up to six cars is available in the large sweeping driveway.

Our home keeper lives on site in a separate annexe and is available for any queries or concerns, and to ensure that the noise policy is being respected.

An entrance hall lined with original wood panelling is your introduction to Middle Chine Manor House, followed by a grand sweeping staircase up to the main bedrooms, projection cinema room, encompassing a DVD library and 2nd kitchen (+cinema room kitchen). The two living rooms have plenty of relaxation space with a huge stone fireplace. There’s a further fireplace in the big dining room, where up to 20 can enjoy meals together.

The property also has a separate laundry room with a large washing machine and tumble dryer.

- **Accessibility:** The house is disabled friendly with access round the side entrance. There is a large ground floor bedroom and ground floor wet room.

- **Kitchen:** The ground floor kitchen is a very large, country affair suitable for catering with two large double ovens,two dishwashers and three fridge freezers.
- **Dining Room:** A large grand traditional dining room which looks out over the large garden. It seats up to 20 and has large open fireplace.
- **Sitting Room:** The two ground floor sitting rooms are opened up through connecting doors.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV in sitting room. The newly renovated 3rd floor houses a projection cinema screen with surround sound and DVD library.
- **Games Room:** Large games room with table football and a pool table.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** The manor is centrally heated.

- **Bedrooms:** The master bedroom contains a 4 poster bed, large balcony overlooking the garden, dressing room and en-suite.

- **Bathrooms:** Ground floor disabled friendly wet room. Main first floor bathroom with shower and large spa jacuzzi bath. 4 en-suite bathrooms and 2 further communal
- **Children's Facilities:** Cot available and baby chair.
- **Outdoor:** Large garden.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no swimming pool but there is one at Marriott health Club 10 minutes walk away.
- **Parking:** Large drive way big enough to park 6 cars off road.
- **Smoking:** No smoking household.
