Holiday Rental for Groups of Families and Friends. The Bringewood, Burrington, Ludlow, Shropshire, sleeps 2 - 22 in 11 bedrooms.

The Bringewood self catering venue is split into six apartments (5 sleeping 4, & 1 sleeping 2) and is ideal group accommodation for up to 22 guests (28 with sofa beds). Each apartment is self contained ensuring guests have their own space to enjoy some quiet time or private dining away from the larger group.

A key aspect of a group booking is to comfortably dine and socialise together, and The Bringewood makes it easy, for both informal get togethers and also for special celebration dinners. We offer a separate spacious dining room with a dining table (20ft x 5ft) which can seat up to 28 guests. The bar area (self stocked, please note no kegs) has bar stools and we supply glassware for up to 30 guests (plus fridges, glass washer and ice maker). Ludlow Brewery has a good selection of ales available in a polypin and can provide a keg with a hand pump. Also Ludlow brewery provide a fantastic Brewery Tour which is definitely recommended.

Outside in a perfect location are 2 x 8/9 persons wood fired eco hot tubs for guests to enjoy.

The commercial kitchen is well equipped to cater for a large group.

The communal lounge area provides a double sided wood burner for cosy nights by the fire, which separates the small lounge (with large 55" LED TV and PS3, table football and books) from the large lounge and bar area.

The Bringewood provides:
- Bed linen and towels for the number of guests staying, including linen and towels for sofa beds (if booked and extra charge paid)
- Crockery, cutlery and tea towels, cooking utensils
- Hot water and heating, some Faith in Nature toiletries, a starter supply of toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom), washing up liquid and some cleaning products
- Starter supply of teabags, coffee, sugar, in main kitchen
- Supply of some wood for log burner and kindling. If excessive wood used a charge up to £50 will be charged
- Music playable through speaker jack/bluetooth in bar, all equipment will be turned on for your arrival.

Facilities

Dog Friendly

No pets - only support dogs are allowed in The Bringewood. There are 4 dog kennels on site. Please notify if you want to use the outdoor kennels.

Disabled Facilities

Ground floor apartment with a DDA wetroom - The Old Granary.

Hot Tub

2 x woodfired hot tubs.

WiFi

No WiFi, landline or payphone at the property - it is a rural retreat. Please check your network provider for coverage and 4G.

Kitchen

Commercial kitchen. 2 x electric double ovens/hobs under counter fridges, dishwasher, large pots and pans, tea urn, microwave. Freezer in bar area.

Dining Room

Dining table 20ft x 5ft, seats up to 28 guests.

Sitting Room

Each apartment has its own lounge and the communal lounge seats up to 30, with a double sided log burner, large TV, PS3 and piano.

TV and Music Facilities

Each apartment has a TV, PS3, dab radio with bluetooth to stream music. Main area has a speaker jack/bluetooth for speakers and a large TV and PS3.

Games Room

We do not have a dedicated games room but have table tennis, table football, board games, 7 x PS3, board games and outdoor games.

Heating and Open Fires

Underfloor heating throughout the building and in the main lounge a double sided log burner.

Bedrooms

All beds in the 11 bedrooms are superkings and can be split to make twins. 9 bedrooms are en suite. 2 bedrooms share one large family bathroom.

Linen

Bed linen and towels included. Each bathroom has Faith in Nature toiletries.

Bathrooms

10 bathrooms with either shower or bath with overhead shower. 1 is a DDA wetroom. Main lounge/dining area has ladies, gents and disabled toilets.

Children's Facilities

2 high chairs and 2 travel cots. The Duckhouse has a stair gate.

Outdoor

Large lawn area, 2 terraces with 28 chairs and 7 tables ( with parasols available). Gas barbecue area and outdoor dining table.

Parking

The parking is free and with ample space for all guests.

Smoking

No smoking in any areas inside the Bringewood.

Electric Vehicle Charging

Require the voltshare app to use the EV charger.

The Bringewood comprises of 6 apartments and can provide the following group bookings:

16 guests maximum from £2350 includes exclusive use of The Bringewood with the following apartments The Stables, The Workshop, The HayLoft and The Old Granary. With free use of 1 x Hot tub ( if you require the 2nd Hot tub a charge will apply). No sofa beds available.

22 guests Maximum from £2850 includes exclusive use of The Bringewood with all apartments and free use of 2 x hot tubs. 3 x Sofa beds available at £85 per sofa bed.

28 guests Maximum from £3150 includes exclusive use of The Bringewood with all apartments and free use of 2 x hot tubs and 3 x sofa beds included.
