Our cottages and Granary Barn are situated in our farmyard on the edge of the New Forest. Each of the holiday cottages has a private patio and there is a shared garden next to the river Avon with views over unspoilt New Forest water meadows. The Granary Barn has its own large garden with panoramic views of the New Forest and Avon Valley.

The smaller cottages are in close proximity to each other and can be taken with The Granary. The dining tables in the great hall in the Granary can be set up to seat any number from 18 up to 48 and there are 5 large sofas, a log burner and 6 big radiators.

The Granary Barn. Sleeps 16-18

This magnificent newly converted period barn with original exposed beams and brickwork presents an ideal holiday location for large groups of friends & extended families.

The Barn can sleep 16-18 and has a large living area which features a first floor gallery. A private garden with tables, chairs, BBQs etc for 48 people overlooks the River Avon with panoramic views of Avon Valley water meadows. Taken with some of our smaller cottages 48+ can holiday together congregating in The Granary and eating together.

There are 2 double bedrooms, 4 twin bedded rooms and a large sofa bed in the living area. In addition the gallery is set up as a bedroom with 4 single beds or 2 twin bedded rooms. There are 6 bathrooms including a disabled wet room.

The 50 x 22 foot living area includes an 18 to 48 seater dining table, 5 large sofas, a 42 inch wide-screen TV, DVD, Hi-Fi and Wi-Fi and large log burner. The kitchen has 2 cookers, a large fridge, 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines, tumble dryer and microwave. There is another large fridge and a freezer in the utility room. Linen, oil fired central heating, electricity, towels, bathmats, tea towels & logs are included in the price. Outside of the barn there is parking for 20+ cars.
