Camps Heath Barn is situated on the edge of Oulton Marsh nature reserve. The views from the Barn over the reserve are breathtaking, with the River Waveney and the Broads only a short walk away and the award winning coastline and beaches only a ten minute drive. The nature reserve is managed by Suffolk Wildlife Trust.

The ground floor has a spacious farmhouse kitchen to entertain. With granite worktops and double range oven. The kitchen has a dining area seating 12 and sofas to relax. The kitchen doors lead to an outside terrace with covered seating area and views over the fields.

Upon entry to the Barn hall, you will be greeted by a medieval style fireplace with wood burner, with comfortable seating areas and adjoining cloakroom. There is a feature staircase leading to a gallery landing, the landing leads to the lounge areas and family bedrooms.

The lounge areas have west facing panoramic views over Oulton marshes and beyond. The lower lounge has comfy sofas, TV, shelves full with books, a dining area and outside balcony offering the chance to see spectacular sunsets. The upper mezzanine lounge offers space to relax and again speculator views.

Sleeping facilities:

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a luxury super king bedroom with en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en suite wet room.
On the first floor there are two family rooms - each family room accommodates up to 4 people.
Family Room 1 has a single bed with another single bed which slides out from underneath making a twin room with en-suite bathroom - there are internal open plan stairs to a double bed in the attic bedroom.
Family Room 2 - has a single bed with another single bed which slides out from underneath making a twin room with en-suite shower room - there are internal open plan stairs to a double bed in the attic bedroom.

More than 12 people staying?
Camps Heath Barn has an adjoining cottage which sleeps an additional four people, and 2 self contained annex each sleeping 2. Each can be booked separately at an additional cost. It is therefore suitable if more than 12 are staying or if some more guests want to join you. But please check first availability.
