The kitchen/breakfast room is a large room with an electric range cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, breakfast table and original flooring.

The separate dining room has a large inglenook fireplace and bread oven as well as a large dining table that seats 11 comfortably plus high chairs.

The sitting room has a wood burner and comfy leather sofas as well as a flat screen TV. There is an original feature bread oven and tiled floor.

There is a large flat screen TV in the sitting room and a TV in every bedroom - all with Freeview.

We have a games room with a pool table and a small play room with toys and bean bags for children.

There is full central heating - run on a renewable/green biomass system - and a wood burner with logs provided.

5 bedrooms - 2 kingsize, 3 with zip/link beds so twins or superkings (1 ground floor), 1 extra single bed. We can also provide ready beds/cots.

We provide Egyptian cotton linen, towels, bathrobes and toiletries.

There are two en suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with bath, as well as a further large family bathroom and family shower room.

We're a great location for children and babies. With 4 young children ourselves there is lots we can lend, a play area outside and a small play room.

There is a large secure, part walled garden with a private hot tub and wooden play area, large enough to kick a ball. Outside dining/seating area.

There are two private sessions a day of our large indoor swimming pool- 38ft by 18ft and heated to 30 degrees.

Private drive parking for up to five cars. There is a EV charge point for your electric or hybrid cars available to pre book – Rolec Type 2 Mode 3.

No smoking inside.
