Cudham EAC, Westerham Hill, Kent, sleeps 40 in 8 bedrooms.

Cudham EAC is perfect for family groups, celebrations, reunions, walking groups, corporate inset training, interest groups of all types as well as schools and home educators, charities, and anyone wishing to get away from it all to this beautiful setting in the North Downs, surrounded by woodland. Day or residential visits can be accommodated, and weekends and mid-week bookings are accepted. Set in beautiful woodlands and easily accessible from central London, Cudham is also great as a base from which to travel further afield.

Cudham is hired with exclusive use and offers a flexible venue for a wide range of uses. Warm and comfortable all year round, there is wheelchair access to all parts of the Centre.

A spacious common room/hall with an inglenook fireplace is a great space for socialising with your group, and there's plenty of room for activities or for everyone to dine together. Extra small round tables are available for celebration events.

A large kitchen offers a full range of cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery for those groups wishing to self-cater, or alternatively assisted catering or full board are available if you prefer.

The dormitory building sleeps up to 40 people in eight rooms, together with shower and toilet facilities. Full bedding is available if required, or you can bring your own.

Outside, picnic tables allow for eating al fresco; this area can also be used for running activities. A large green area is suitable for games and outdoor activities, or can be used for camping if your group is larger. Get together around our beautiful outdoor fire pit with bench seating.

Also available on site is Dixon Lodge, a separate building with two smaller rooms suitable for running activities, meetings, as a crèche, training and home education groups. This is booked separately, so please let us know if you require this additional facility.

Very bright, airy and well equipped: 6 ring burner, crockery, mugs, plastic cups, cutlery, cafetieres, pots/pans, large food mixer, toaster.
Dining Room
The main hall doubles as a dining room with fold-out tables and stacking chairs, and large stainless steel topped tables for serving.
Sitting Room
Main hall is our lounge area, with comfy (moveable) seating, assorted books and games, perfect for chilling. Inglenook fireplace is beautiful.
TV and Music Facilities
Screen, projector and whiteboard available for your use. Docking station speakers in kitchen and main hall.
Telecom Facilities
Limited WiFi available (not suitable for downloads). EE mobile signal and payphone on site.
Games Room
Main hall doubles as games room for using table tennis, pool and large indoor games. Open fireplace.
Heating / Open Fires
Centrally heated throughout. Inglenook fireplace in main hall. Outdoor fire pit with bench seating. Additional fire pit on patio with soft seating.
Eight rooms, 4 x 8 bunks, 4 x 2 bunks. Separate bathrooms at end of the building.
Bottom sheets, pillows and cases provided so sleeping bags needed. Or full bedding charged. Please bring your own towels.
Separate m/f shower/washing facilities. Disability access toilet in both buildings, plus shower access. Toilets in hall. Outside WC on the green.

Children welcome! Extras available: travel cot and high chairs, on request. Perfect for children of all ages.
