Beautifully positioned in the Exe Valley and very accessible from major roads, this tastefully converted barn retains much character with beams, stone walls and inglenook fireplace.

Spacious throughout, the barn offers ample accommodation for large family gatherings. Duvale Barn can sleep up to 42 people or 46 if required . Alternatively, the property can be divided into up to 4 self contained units able to sleep between 6 and 18 each, with considerable flexibility. Each has its own kitchen, dining and living area, making this suitable for several families away together.

The Barn main lounge has an Inglenook fire place and French doors leading out to the garden. There is also a second lounge, dining room with beams, kitchen with tiled floor, second breakfast kitchen and a utility room. There are two further small lounges and kitchens

There are currently a total of 16 bedrooms on various levels. A ground floor double bedroom has access to a shower, perfect for those less mobile. Multiple staircases lead to a range of twins, doubles and family rooms, many of them en suite with either a bath or shower. Additional shower rooms are also available.

Tiverton (7 miles away) offers a selection of shops and Knightshayes Court is 6 miles. Minehead is within 20 miles for sandy beaches and family attractions. The historic cathedral city of Exeter, home to a Maritime Museum, theatre and boasts a wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants, within 20 miles.

Taunton, Ilfracombe, Sidmouth, Seaton and Exmouth are all within easy driving distance. Golf, fishing and horse riding can be found locally.
