Duvale Retreat comprises 2 adjacent cottages with an interconnecting door, making this an ideal choice for two families wishing to holiday together but retain an element of privacy, or extended family groups.

The layout ensures there is ample space for everyone with room for children and adults to enjoy their own space in two separate lounges. Two kitchens, one large enough for the whole group of 12 to sit and eat together, make catering for a large group simple.

Two staircases each lead to a double bedroom with en suite shower, a twin room and a bunk bed room. Each half of the cottage also has a bathroom, and there are 2 downstairs toilets.

Duvale Retreat has a patio area. Trout fishing is available on site, and other activities can be arranged, including paint balling and clay pigeon shooting.

Duvale Retreat is an ideal family base for exploring the beautiful Devon countryside, or perfect for groups of friends looking for a peaceful weekend break. Stag and hen groups may be accommodated - please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

The area offers a wide range of interesting activities and pastimes - beaches, horse racing, historic towns and castles, nature reserves and Exmoor, plus many family attractions.
