These properties are situated in a beautiful secluded rural setting within 6 miles of the sought after Heritage coast and close to the attractions of Southwold, Walberswick, The Minsmere Wildlife sanctuary and Aldeburgh.

The Farmhouse - Sleeps 13

With its under floor heating throughout the ground floor, The Farmhouse has two spacious sitting rooms, a large entrance hall, wonderful kitchen, cosy dining area with large oak table and the main bathroom with separate shower cubicle. On the upper floors there are 6 bedrooms, a second bathroom and separate WC.

The kitchen opens onto the wonderfully secluded South facing stone terrace with views over the herb garden to the duck pond and orchard beyond (perfect for those al fresco meals). To the front of the house is the magnificent beech tree to sit under and watch the sun go down or you can enjoy a game of pool or table tennis in the amazing games room.

The Milking Parlour - Sleeps 4

The front door of The Milking Parlour opens onto the amazingly light and spacious galleried hall with the open plan dining area, seating area and stylish kitchen beyond.

The large sitting room with its two South facing windows catches all the summer sunshine whilst the classic Jotul No.6 stove keeps you cosy in the winter. Not that you will really need it, with the stunning (under floor heated) slate floor running throughout the ground floor, cool in the summer and toasty warm in the winter.

The Granary - sleeps 4

Lovely self contained converted farm building. This unusual farm building which was originally used to store the grain and seed for Grove Farm has been beautifully converted to provide two bedrooms and a spacious open plan ground floor with stunning views from the full width West facing French doors.
