Hilton Farmhouse and Holiday Cottages are set in 25 acres of rural countryside 2 miles from sandy, surfing beaches and the coastal town of Bude.

The 16th century Farmhouse and 9 cottages all have access to the outdoor facilities including children's play area, games room, hot tub, tennis court and the heated outdoor swimming pool (open Easter holidays - end September).

All cottages have flat screen TV, DVD and wifi.

The Farmhouse has a large character lounge with slate floors and a wood burner and a second sitting room. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, large oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The dining room, just off the kitchen area, seats 11. The Farmhouse has 5 bedrooms, including 1 en suite double, 1 en suite triple, 1 further double, 1 twin and a bunk-bedded room. Private garden.

Parsons, Manor and Pound Cottages are three new cottages, each with superb views over the rolling countryside down to the sea. The cottages are equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washer-dryer. Each cottage has an outside seating area. Parsons has a garden.

Badger, Primrose and Swallows' Nest are three tastefully restored converted barns, overlooking the pool. Badger has a dishwasher and washing machine. Each cottage has a decking area with outside seating.

Pear Tree, Stable and Nook Cottages are quietly set away from the pool and play area and back onto our own fields. They are comfortable single storey one bed cottages, with exposed beams and apex ceilings. The accommodation comprises a sitting room/dining room with well-equipped galley kitchen, double bedroom and shower room.
