There are two properties:

1. Home Farm House is an elegant, 18th century house, recently renovated to provide charming and comfortable self catering accommodation, set within extensive grounds and in a rural setting close to the Ashdown Forest. With London only an hour away by train, Home Farm House is easily accessible, and offers an ideal venue for family get togethers and holidays, gatherings of friends or celebrations.

Home Farm House offers spacious accommodation, with period features and elegant rooms furnished with antiques. The sitting room has a working inglenook fireplace and comfortable sofas, while a snug with floor cushions and a futon provides an ideal TV room for children, or an alternative sitting area. The breakfast room seats 10 and there is a formal dining room for celebration meals which seats 12 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped and mixes luxury with practicality.

There are 6 bedrooms in total with a mix of king or double beds and single beds. There is a single room on the ground floor, and a double futon in the snug for extra guests if required. The master has an en suite and there is also a family bathroom upstairs, and a separate WC on the ground floor.

Outside, there is a heated swimming pool, barbecue area, plenty of seating for al fresco dining and even stabling if you wish to bring your horse. A gym is housed in a barn and is available by arrangement, as is coarse fishing or boating on the lake.

Home Farm House is close to Crowborough which offers tennis, golf and other sports. Tunbridge Wells, with its wealth of shops and restaurants, is only 15 minutes drive away.

2. Keeper's Cottage

For larger groups, we also offer Keeper’s Cottage, another cottage on the Warren Estate, which is only 7 minutes walk from Home Farm House. A cosy cottage tucked away down a woodland track, Keeper's Cottage has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, a comfortable living room and its own private outdoor space.

There is no games room. Gym and room with exercise mats are warmed in winter.

Working inglenook fireplace in sitting room. Wood burning stove in breakfast room. Gas central heating throughout.
6 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk room, 2 singles (1 on ground floor). Further double futon in garden room (on ground floor).
Linen and towels are included.
1 en suite to master bedroom. 1 family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs WC.
Disabled Facilities
Single bedroom downstairs, and WC. No specific facilities for disabled guests.
Children's Facilities
The Garden Room is perfect for children to play in or watch tv in close to but apart from the rest of the group.

Large barbecue area and banqueting table seating 20 next to swimming pool. Private landscaped floodlit garden. Archery, shooting, fishing, boating.
Swimming Pool
There is an outdoor heated swimming pool.
Lots of parking space.
No smoking please.
Pets are welcome - please enquire. Livery is available for guests wishing to bring their own horses.
