This recently refurbished farmhouse offers luxurious accommodation with 13 bedrooms and 9 en suites/bathrooms, with all of the bedrooms having the option of being made as a double or twin. A large spacious dining room is the perfect space for meetings and with three different lounge areas there is plenty of space for break out meetings. We can provide you with flip charts, paper, pens and also a projector screen.
A large fully equipped kitchen makes self catering for a large group easy or for a more trouble free experience why not use one of our local recommended caterers.
A few metres from the main house you will find ‘The Cow Shed’, this multifunctional space offers meeting facilities for up to 30 guests. Furnished with conference chairs and tables which you can configure into various layouts to suit your meeting requirements. There is a flat screen TV available for your use but this does need to be requested at the time of booking. The Cow Shed also has a kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities, dishwasher and Smeg fridge freezer. Here at Peak Venues we have a wealth of contacts with local reputable companies who can provide bespoke team building events and activities. At Lapwing Barns many of these outdoor activities can be done on site as the property has a fabulous outdoor space, including a patio area with picnic benches and BBQ, a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at work. For activities that require more space or specialist equipment there are plenty of specialist centres in the surrounding area offering activities from quad biking, paintballing, clay pigeon shooting.
