Le Manoir de Longeveau is a former Cognac Estate on the Charente / Dordogne border, nestled in a valley designated by the Michelin guide as ‘A Place of Special Beauty’!

Longeveau offers a selection of 32 thoughtfully renovated stone cottages with an excellent range of facilities. We specialise in family holidays, corporate, seminar & incentive groups and unforgettable weddings! We also offer golf, tennis, bar / restaurant, a creche, heated swimming pools, children's play areas and plenty more..

All of our properties are self catering. Most are renovated from old stone barns, featuring the original oak beams and stonewalls / fireplaces. We offer a range of sizes, from one bedroom properties up to four bedroom properties. Many have private gardens and some have private pools. All have the mod-cons you need to make you holiday or event what it should be & we class our staff to be some of the friendliest around!

Wifi is freely available in the bar. All of the properties have their own wifi too.

The bar, restaurant and two of our cottages have been designed specifically for wheel chair access.

TV and Music Facilities

Many properties have there own TV's. The TV in the bar will show most big sporting occasions, matches and events.

Short tennis, basketball, football barn/ table tennis barn, boules pitch, golf, tennis, kids play areas, play house...

Heating and Open Fires

Most cottages have central heating and some have open fires.

Bedrooms

A mixture of double and twin rooms, with a few single and bunk beds.

Linen

All linen and towels are provided. A maid service is also available.

Bathrooms

Many rooms have en-suites. All have a plentiful supply of hot water.

Children's Facilities

We are child, toddler and baby friendly. We provide a extensive range of baby and toddler equipment and offer a creche service though the summer.

Outdoor

Properties all have gardens and access to either shared or private pools. Cottages have their own BBQ's with outside tables, chairs and sun loungers.

Swimming Pool

Across the estate, we have seven pools, including two private pools, three heated and kids splash pool.

Location

Longeveau is located on the Charente / Dordogne border in a beautiful valley in rural South West France. Our local village, Aubeterre is listed as one of the prettiest in France!

Our nearest decent size station is Angouleme, about 45 minutes away. You can take the Eurostar from St. Pancras to Angouleme in about 6 to 7 hours.
Between the villages of Aubeterre & St Severin, the small towns of Riberac & Chalais and the big towns of Perigeux & Angouleme - 1.5 hrs to Bordeaux.
5 kms to nearest convenience store. 15 kms to nearest supermarket.
On your doorstep. Alternatively there are plenty of cafés and restaurants in Aubeterre (5kms) or all over the region.
Our nearest airports are Angouleme-Cognac 50mins / Bordeaux 1.5 hrs, Bergerac 1.5hrs / Limoges 2hrs / Poitiers 2hrs / La Rochelle 2.5hrs & Biarritz 3h
