Both houses have recently attained a 'Visit Wales' quality grading of five stars.

Bay View and Glan y Mor are located in an enviable position on the seafront of the picturesque coastal town of Criccieth, North Wales. Fantastic, uninterrupted sea & mountain views (plus the wonderful sound of the sea) can be enjoyed at all times of the day in this peaceful and picturesque corner of North Wales.

Together, the houses provide an excellent quality of accommodation for a maximum of 38 people (plus 4 cots) in a total of 15 en-suite bedrooms.

The 15 bedrooms comprise: 6 twin rooms, 3 kingsize rooms, 2 doubles and 4 family suites. Each family suite comprises 2 interconnecting rooms, one with a king size bed and the other a set of bunk beds. The 4 family suites benefit from superb sea views. All bedrooms have en suite facilities.

Each house has a fantastic, sociable kitchen/diner with seating for 18-20, plus all the mod cons that one would expect. Sea views can be enjoyed from the kitchen/diners.

The sea views can also be enjoyed from the bay window of the huge first floor formal lounges. Each lounge provides seating for 18 and a 51" flat screen TV. Bay View also boasts a log burner.

A second sitting room is located on the ground floor of both houses. These rooms have a games console, TV, DVD & pool table.

Each house also has a ground floor WC & utility room. Bay View has an undercover store for bikes.

The houses benefit from superb sea views with the Cambrian coast, Harlech and a section of the Snowdonian mountain range being within view. Access to the beach is directly opposite the houses.

Criccieth is a small, unspoilt Victorian town, located on the Llyn Peninsular, 5 miles from the Snowdonia National Park. The castle and all of Criccieth’s many local amenities are all within a short stroll from the houses.

Please note Bay View and Glan y Mor cannot to be used for parties. The houses are terraced properties in a peaceful village location with neighbours either side.
