Superbly located just 5 minute walk from the heart of the village and 100 metres from the beach, Meadow House provides the ideal base from which to discover north Norfolk. The house is perfectly suited as a winter (log fires, country walks, local pubs) or summer (beach life, barbecues, summer fêtes) retreat for a maximum of 15 guests.

The house is furnished to a high standard. Downstairs is a large entrance conservatory and inner hall leading to a large sitting room furnished in a beach-house style with a mixture of period furniture, LCD digital TV and surround sound DVD, and contemporary pieces by local artists. There is also a drawing room with open marble fireplace and TV with DVD. The traditional kitchen has an original Aga and additional cooker, and opens onto the garden room, housing a dining table which seats 14.

The house consists of the main north and east wing sections of the original manor house (75% of the main house). It has been furnished with 5 double beds, 5 singles and can sleep a maximum of 15. We have arranged the house for large families, 2 families sharing or for groups of friends away for a Norfolk weekend break. The rooms have many antiques and pictures by local artists.

First Floor: Master double bedroom (& bath), 2 further double bedrooms, bathroom. Leading to: Double bedroom with TV point, single bedroom or nursery, and 2 further attic bedrooms (1 with bunks and 1 with 3 singles) with stunning sea views.

The house has a playroom and in the garden there is a full size trampoline, some bikes and beach equipment for guests to enjoy. There is also a stunning beach garden with sea views.
