The Old Rectory and Coach House are situated ½ mile from the village of Pyworthy, secluded in ten acres of woodland, lawns and gardens. This is a perfect ecological setting: historic, beautiful, peaceful.

The sea is 8 miles away: the nearest resort is Bude, in Cornwall, and there are stunning beaches a short drive away.
In 25 years thousands of guests have had holidays here, weddings and celebrations of all kinds and have enjoyed its unique atmosphere.

The Old Rectory sleeps up to 18. There are 2 spacious living rooms, TV, DVD with a huge collection, video, music facilities, and a grand piano. There are 9 bedrooms (5 doubles, 2 of which are en suite, 3 twins, 1 with 4 singles). There are also 2 other bathrooms, 1 on each floor, so 4 in total. The ground floor bathroom is particularly suitable for elderly or disabled guests.

There is also a large, well-equipped main kitchen which has an oil-fired Aga, Magimix, dishwasher, and a fridge freezer.
The back kitchen has an electric cooker/oven and can seat 20.

We have a billiard room with ¾ snooker table.

The Coach House has a large kitchen and dining area with oil-fired Aga, electric hob/ oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer. The living room has TV and video. 5 bedrooms: 3 doubles, 1 twin, 1 with 4 singles.

The Old Rectory and Coach House are situated ½ mile from the village of Pyworthy, pub within walking distance, in ten acres of woodland, landscaped lawns and gardens. The Devon/Cornwall coast is 8 miles away.

The former Pyworthy village hall is on site and this versatile building is licensed for weddings, can seat 90 for wedding receptions and we have everything you'll need for your wedding. There's also a conservatory which can seat 45 for barbecues and eating outside.

There's swimming in the heated pool, surfing at Widemouth Bay, horse riding, golf. There's table tennis, snooker, badminton, a mini football pitch, table tennis, all on site.

It's also a great place to get married.

The surrounding area is of outstanding natural beauty.
