Salford Student Village is spread across two locations and comprises of John Lester, Eddie Colman and Peel Park. The Village has accommodation to suit a range of needs, tastes and budgets.

In Salford, we offer a range of self-contained flats – with John Lester and Eddie Colman offering flats of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with shared kitchens and bathrooms and Peel Park offering our brand new en suite accommodation based on campus.

Both locations offer access to conference, recreation and academic facilities at the University of Salford, Media City UK and Manchester.

Communal areas include TV/lounge areas, games room, library, laundry facilities and a gym, cinema rooms and much more.

Outdoor

The accommodation is on University of Salford campus and there is outside space around it.

Swimming Pool

The University of Salford offers a swimming pool, sauna, spa plus fitness centre, only a 1 minute walk away. Please enquire to use these facilities.

Parking

Parking may be available at the University owned car parks nearby for a fee.

Smoking

There is a no smoking policy in all our buildings. We have got designated smoking areas outside.

The building is located near the local shopping precinct in Salford. Manchester city centre is only a short bus or train ride away (10 minutes).

Peel Park is in the centre of Salford, so lots within a short distance.
On site facilities and plenty of other choice nearby.
Manchester International Airport is 15 miles from Peel Park Quarter. There are regular, direct train services to and from Salford Crescent station and Manchester Piccadilly.
The accommodation is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest train station is Salford Crescent, which is located just 10 minutes away.
There are multiple buses going into Manchester frequently. If you are travelling by bus, please visit tfgm.com to plan your journey.
