Situated at the end of the Gower Peninsula, in the UK's first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Rhossili Bunkhouse is within easy walking distance of three glorious beaches and ideally located for a range of outdoor activities including walking, surfing, cycling and climbing.

Constructed in 2007, the Bunkhouse is run by Rhossili Village Hall for the benefit of the local community.

Disabled Facilities

Lounge converts to ground floor bedroom for disabled guests (advance booking recommended). Separate disabled WC/Shower room nearby.

Dog Friendly

Sorry, but we do not allow pets on the premises.

Lounge/dining room for 18 guests.

Lounge/dining room with seating for 18 people. Television, games and books. Patio doors leading to the garden.

No. But the Hall can be hired with the Bunkhouse.

Central heating radiators throughout.

Bedrooms

7 bedrooms on the first floor. Four 2-bed rooms, two 3-bed rooms, one 4-bed room. All single bunkbeds.

Linen

Pillows and duvets are provided but you need to bring your own pillowcase, sheet and duvet cover. We have linen for hire at a modest charge.

Bathrooms

Showers and toilet facilities on the Ground Floor. WC on the first floor, next to the bunkrooms.

Children's Facilities

Parents advised to bring their own travel cots, high-chairs and other items for children. Large Hall for hire for parties and events. Enclosed garden.

Outdoor

Large patio and sturdy picnic tables with Barbecue (bring your own charcoal). Enclosed garden. Outside secure store for bikes, boards, gear etc.

Swimming Pool

We do not have a pool, but the sea is a short walk away.

Car Park adjacent to the building.

Smoking

No smoking allowed anywhere in the buildings or grounds.

The award-winning Gower Explorer Bus 118 (Mon-Sat) stops about once an hour right outside the door.
Swansea Station. 30km. Direct trains to London via Bristol Pkwy every hour, every 30 minutes at peak times. London-Swansea journey time: 3 hours.
