Boutique house, available only for exclusive hire, located adjacent to the popular restaurant and café-lined bohemian Southbourne Grove, 6 minutes walk from Southbourne beach, 15 minutes from Pokesdown train station and 2.5 miles from Bournemouth City Centre, which is easily accessed via public transport.

The Southbourne Grove is a large property with room for all your family or friends, and is perfect for celebration groups, birthday parties, wedding receptions, business groups and hen parties.

There are 8 funky and very individual en suite rooms (many can be twinned on request), and a ground floor apartment style suite with its own lounge and conservatory

The property lounge is directly off the reception area, very close to the kitchen and where a large dining table can be placed to seat up to 21 people. 24 hour ice machine, coffee, teas and nibbles area.
Bring your own food and drinks!

The property boasts excellent WIFI up to 50mbs, and is accessible in all areas and rooms.

A live in manager is very discreetly on site (with own entrance) and available to help if you request.

Unfortunately the property cannot stag do's and large all male celebration groups.
Please note there is a limit to children and they are counted as adults for booking purposes.

Lovely 15m by 11m garden, bring a BBQ!

Pokesdown, direct to Waterloo in just 1.45 hrs.
Central Bournemouth is a 10 minute drive or £8 taxi fare.
In Southbourne Grove, over the road.
There are lots of places to eat nearby, some of which we would recommend are, the Larderhouse, Brewhouse and Kitchen, Bistro on the beach and Ludo Lounge.
Bournemouth airport is approx 5 miles away.
