The other thing to consider is how high up your property is, and how accessible the beach is. If you’re taking small children, you may not want to face a long hike up and down steps for example. Another consideration is whether there are any cafés or shops within easy reach of the beach, do you need to pack a picnic for each visit, or can you grab a bite to eat while you’re there?
