The property comfortably sleeps 17 people and offers 4 bathrooms (3 en suite) and an extra separate toilet. This is a large house with plenty of relaxing space. At the heart of the property is a large open plan fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fan oven. There is also a separate utility area with a washing machine and dryer. Off street parking is available for 2 cars at the rear of the house. Well behaved dogs welcome. The house is centrally heated the cost of which is included in your stay but all other electricity needs to be paid for using meters which accepts £1 and £2 coins. Pillows, duvets and blankets (with protectors) are provided but not bed linen or towels. All local amenities are near by. It is a 2 minute walk to the main beach on the seafront where there is a Pier and modern play park for children of all ages.
