This venue is also perfect for a corporate event or for a wedding celebration. The wood panelled entrance hallway is a taste of what's to come at Achnagairn Castle. Living rooms - the Drawing Room and Reception Hall - offer a blend of old and contemporary features, with some traditional Scottish features - beautiful spaces to catch up with your group. Or you can head to the cinema room for a film evening. The dining room has space for everyone to eat together, for breakfast, dinner or a celebration feast, with catering choices available. There's also a family kitchen for informal meals and snacks as well as catering kitchens. And stained glass windows and a sweeping staircase offer an air of grandeur and are perfect for the arrival of a bride to be. And don't forget the ballroom - a wonderful space for a special celebration event. The 24 individually designed and named bedrooms offer a mix of doubles, twins and a family room, the Old Nursery. All fantastic spaces with gorgeous soft furnishings, occasional furniture, fireplaces and views, 10 of the rooms are described as superior, some with an amazing whirlpool circular or freestanding bath. 21 en suites and shared bathrooms mean that facilities are more than plentiful. Achnagairn Castle is well placed for experiencing all kinds of attractions and activities. Walks, bike rides and cruises down Loch Ness are on the cards for a day out.
