This stylish holiday home in the heart of Harrogate is perfect for a group getaway. Ideal for a reunion with friends or family, Acorn Lodge sleeps up to 13 guests with 7 bedrooms, 7 private bathrooms, a living room, separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

With beautiful interiors throughout, you will find a welcoming lounge on the ground floor with sofas, flat screen TV and log burner, along with a dining room with a large dining table perfect for socialising and relaxing. There is a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering with double oven, 1 microwave, toaster, kettles, American fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is plenty of space making this perfect for families or groups of friends to prepare meals to enjoy together.

Upstairs, on the first floor, are 4 bedrooms - 3 of which have en-suite facilities and one with access to a separate private bathroom. The rooms include 2 superking or twin room, a superking with a whirlpool bath and a single. On the second floor there are a further 3 en-suite bedrooms: a superking/twin, a king and a king with whirlpool bath.

Guests have access to the full house with exclusive use. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe. There is on site parking for up to 4 vehicles at the property. Well behaved dogs are allowed at a small extra cost - please let us know if your dog is coming too.

The Victorian town centre of Harrogate boasts striking historic buildings, fabulous restaurants and lush gardens and is one of Yorkshire’s most stylish locations. Acorn Lodge is in the perfect location to explore the surrounding areas as well as enjoying all that the town has to offer.

Visit the Turkish Baths spa for some relaxation, enjoy the wide range of cosy bistros, cafes and restaurants along the cobbled streets. Or opt for some retail therapy in the unique stores and boutiques as well as high street names. You will find the famous Betty’s tea room 10 minutes away on foot too.

On the doorstep are the fabulous Yorkshire Dales and Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - both waiting to be discovered for adventure activities or a bracing walking across the fells.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Well behaved dogs accepted subject to agreement. There will be a £30 surcharge for a dog.
- **Accessibility:** Acorn Lodge is regrettably not suitable for disabled guests due to the age and nature of the building. No ground floor bedrooms.
- **WiFi:** Free WiFi throughout. Good mobile reception.
- **Kitchen:** A spacious kitchen. 5 burner cooker with double oven and grill. American fridge freezer. Dishwasher. Washing Machine.
- **Dining Room:** Large dining room with seating for up to 13.
- **Sitting Room:** Lounge with smart/sky TV, Amazon Echo with concierge service, games and free WiFi.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** Smart TV in lounge. Alexa in lounge with concierge service. TVs in all rooms.
- **Games Room:** Acorn Lodge has plenty of space to sit and relax, but there is no dedicated games room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Gas central heating. Each room has a thermostat on radiators. Plenty of hot water.
- **Bedrooms:** 3 superking/twin with en-suite shower, 2 kings with whirlpool baths, 1 small king with en-suite, 1 single with house bathroom.
- **Linen:** Quality linen and towels are included. Kitchen tea towels are also provided
- **Bathrooms:** 6 en suite bathrooms, 1 house bathroom. 2 bathrooms with whirlpool baths. Plenty of hot water.
- **Children's Facilities:** Children's cot, high chair. No restraints or bedding supplied, please bring your own. Small bed for children can be provided. Babysitting on request.
- **Outdoor:** Car park to side for up to 4 cars. Patio garden at front with seating overlooking tree lined quiet street.
- **Swimming Pool:** Public swimming pool available nearby. Several local hotels have swimming pool and spa facilities.
- **Parking:** Car parking for up to 4 cars. Complimentary Permits provided for on street parking from 4pm on day of arrival to 12 noon on day of departure.
- **Smoking:** Non-smoking throughout. There is an outside area available for smokers.

## Booking Information

- All rental rates and availability shown are subject to confirmation. A £500 deposit is payable with confirmed booking. Balance is due in the month of arrival after which the full amount is due if cancelled.
