Admiralty House is a very large property; sleeping up to 24 (with additional occasional beds and sofa beds on request), it’s an ideal setting for large family gatherings, party celebrations, hen and stag weekends and business events. In the heart of the seaside town of Weymouth, the house is close to the harbour, the beach and all the other attractions of the town - cafes, gin bars and restaurants, a cinema and theatre, and a wide range of other entertainment is on your doorstep.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons a large group could need. This sociable space also has a generous table seating 22, making it ideal for dinner parties, catered meals or buffets.

The light and airy lounge has a flat screen television and DVD player, with a good selection of DVDs, books and games.

There is a courtyard garden, with chairs and tables, ideal for morning coffee or an alfresco lunch. There is a charcoal BBQ

Admiralty House has seven large, bright and airy bedrooms, three of which have en suite bathrooms. There is flexibility for groups who wish to accommodate additional people.

All bathrooms have recently been refurbished and are generous sizes.

Finally, we welcome all well behaved family pets for no additional charge. There are excellent walks nearby and parts of the beach are made available for "walkies".

Wii with several games on request (small deposit charge). Lots of board games, dvds and toys.

Central heating throughout, a new boiler system. Endless hot water

A mixture of doubles and singles, some rooms sleeping 3 or 4 in comfortable beds

Linen

All bed linen provided, please bring bath towels.

Five modern bathrooms/shower rooms, four having baths 2 showers.

Travel cots and high chairs on request. Please bring own cot bed linen. Selection of board games,toys, books and DVDs.
