In the heart of the seaside town of Weymouth, the house is close to the harbour, the award winning beach and all of the other attractions of the town - cafes, bars, theatre and restaurants, with a wide range of other entertainment is on your doorstep. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons a large group could need. This sociable space also has a generous table seating 24 making it ideal for dinner parties, catered meals or buffets. The light and airy lounge has a flat screen television and a good selection of DVDs, books and games. There is a courtyard garden, with sofa, chairs and table, ideal for morning coffee or an alfresco lunch.  Admiralty House has seven large, bright and airy bedrooms, three of which have en suite bathrooms. There is flexibility for groups who wish to accommodate additional people. All 5  bathrooms have recently been refurbished and are generous sizes. Finally, we welcome all well behaved family pets for no additional charge. There are excellent walks nearby and parts of the beach are made available for "walkies". A great place for the whole group to relax and dine together.p, overlooking the courtyard garden. - **Sitting Room:** Large comfortable beach themed sitting room, with all mod cons and Wi-Fi, a light, airy space, ideal to relax together after a busy day at the beach! - **TV and Music Facilities:** TV, DVD, i-Pod docking station, Wi-Fi, digital radio. - **Games Room:** Wii with several games on request (small deposit charge). Lots of board games, dvds and toys. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout, a new boiler system.
