Agricola House is a newly renovated house designed specifically for holiday guests. Set in the conservation area of the small historic town of Wirksworth, a thriving arts venue at the gateway to the Peak District and close to both Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall.

The property has a luxury sauna, large open plan kitchen diner, cinema room and ample parking for everyone as well as being a few minutes’ walk to pubs and restaurants, an independent cinema and shops to browse around. Handcrafted furniture designed specifically for Agricola house furnish each individual room. The sauna allows guests to relax - with music or the oil diffuser.

We are also able to suggest on-site catering, wine tasting or bespoke bar tenders and, with beauty therapists able to offer a spa-day package on-site at Agricola House, this will make your stay an extra special occasion.

The accommodation sleeps up to 14 in 7 bedrooms, with 5 bathrooms including a family bathroom with bath. It has adaptable sleeping accommodation, depending on your group's requirements, with a mixture of single, super king and double rooms. The sitting room has plenty of seating to chat and relax in and WiFi is also available in the property. Large private enclosed garden with cycle storage and accessible ground floor accommodation for any age group.

Each of the rooms has individual bespoke handcrafted furniture designed specifically for holiday guests. Wake up to a mural of Chatsworth in the mist, sleep in the garden room with a reclaimed gate as your headboard or in the Nordic inspired room. Relax in the gentleman's club themed cinema room. Each of the rooms will be a talking point for your party. Feedback so far from visitors is that it has the 'wow' factor.

There is a large open space behind the property to relax and have a barbecue, store your bikes or play with the kids. Stroll into Wirksworth and browse around the individual shops, have a meal in the French restaurant or visit the historic pubs. Steam railway within 10 minutes walk. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday, reunion with friends or for well behaved hen and stag as it is residential weekends.

## Booking Information

- Normally Friday to Friday week bookings, short breaks available from Fridays or Mondays mid-week although we can be flexible with most bookings. We specialise in short breaks and have fixed short break price. We take a £150 damage bond with full payment. 25% deposit + full payment 8 weeks pre trip.
