The Coach House:
As the name suggests, the cottage has been created from the original coach house. It offers spacious character accommodation consisting of 2 large double/twin bedded rooms each with private bathroom (one with a spa bath). The third double/twin bedded room, with en suite shower/toilet facilities, has access through one of the bedrooms creating a family suite. There is a large open plan lounge/dining area with an adjoining conservatory and a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, microwave). There is also a downstairs cloakroom/toilet.

The Stable:
Attached to the Coach House, the Stable offers spacious character accommodation approached through an attractive double glazed conservatory leading into a large open plan lounge and dining room with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen; including dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, microwave. There is also a downstairs cloakroom/toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, the larger is a double bedroom and the smaller bedroom has the option of double or single beds. There is a separate bathroom (spa bath/shower/toilet).

The Hayloft:
Downstairs has a large open plan lounge and dining room with underfloor heating throughout, an adjoining fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, microwave. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, the larger is double bedded and the smaller has the option of double or single beds (2 ft 6 in). There is a separate bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and shower.

The orchard garden is for the exclusive use of guests with gazebo, play equipment and a games room. Our all weather bespoke BBQ lodge seats up to 15 and is situated in our pretty Island Garden.
