Dining for 30. Come away together but enjoy your own space. Home Cottage sleeps 4 plus a cot Granary Cottage sleeps 5 Farm Cottage sleeps 6 Stable Cottage sleeps 4 Byre Cottage sleeps 5 They can be booked individually or as a block with family and friends and offer a total of 24 beds plus cots and bunks available. Home Cottage sleeps 4 plus a cot: Traditional cottage features York's tiled floors, log burning stove, wooden beams. Sitting room/dining area, kitchen, 1 double room, 1 twin and bathroom. Granary Cottage Sleeps 5 plus cot and divan bed: Converted from the original granary, this cottage provides spacious accommodation with added privacy of its own patio and BBQ area. Entrance Hall from patio area. Downstairs double bedroom, bathroom with three-piece suite and separate walk in shower. Spacious open plan lounge/diner with kitchen area. First floor: Twin bedroom, single bedroom, and space for cot or fold up bed. Facilities include, hob cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, TV and video. Farm Cottage sleeps 6: The original farmhouse overlooking spectacular views to the south-east and next door to Granary Cottage (5). Sitting room, separate dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin and 1 bunk room sleeping 2. Stable Cottage sleeps 4: Ground floor: Entrance porch, lounge diner with kitchen area. Main bedroom with double bed. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with 3 piece suite and shower over bath. Byre Cottage Sleeps 5 plus cot: Ground Floor: Entrance porch, spacious lounge diner with kitchen area. 3 bedrooms, 1 double, l twin and 1 single bedroom. Bathroom with 3 piece suite and shower over bath. Bathroom aids for the less able. Wheelchair access with ramp. Stable and Byre can be booked for a group with the added benefit of ground floor access, which might be convenient for those just a little less able than most! Both look out on spectacular views which includes a playing lawns area, and a BBQ area with seats and a spectacular view of the valley. We now have the Barn available for larger parties where you can all eat and socialize together, it has its own kitchen and  the dining area will seat you all   ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Pets welcome.
