Set in a peaceful position quarter of a mile off the A470 3 miles outside Brecon, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, in easy reach of Llangorse Lake and on the Taff Cycle Trail.
The Manor house and the East Wing together make up a grade II 15th century listed building. The properties are built from attractive stone and contain exposed oak beams, oak floors, and many original features. In addition the Manor has two wood burning stoves set in inglenook fireplaces.
The East Wing has a large open plan sitting and dining room, which can easily seat 20 together, making it the perfect choice for celebrations and large family get togethers.
All the properties enjoy oil fired central heating, electric cookers, fridges and freezers, dish washers, microwaves, washing machines and driers. Also included are TV, video, DVD, bed linen, cot, high chair, barbecue, mobile phone reception, ample parking and bicycle storage.
The properties have splendid views of the Beacons, wonderful walks, gardens and a field for children to play in.
There is some ancient woodland and sites of special scientific interest in the immediate vicinity. The local pub has a large dining area, and caters for children and is situated 1.5 miles in the village of Groesfford. Hay on Wye, the second hand book capital, is 12 miles away and only a fifteen minute drive.
